Cardiovascular Logistics’ founding leaders experienced first-hand the realities that make it difficult for top-tier cardiologists to deliver the highest quality cardiovascular care while remaining financially healthy. We recognized that rising operational costs, ever-changing reimbursements, regulatory burdens, and labor constraints proved challenging for cardiology practices and hampered their ability to provide exceptional care.
CVL was formed to enable physicians to provide the highest possible level of cardiovascular care while they enjoy the rewards of running a growing, operationally sound, financially strong practice. In January 2023, Cardiovascular Institute of the South joined forces with Lee Equity Partners to form CVL. Since then, we’ve added four more founding practices, quickly scaling this industry-leading platform.

First Coast Cardiovascular Institute (FCCI)
