Cardiovascular Logistics’ founding leaders experienced first-hand the realities that make it difficult for top-tier cardiologists to deliver the highest quality cardiovascular care while remaining financially healthy. We recognized that rising operational costs, ever-changing reimbursements, regulatory burdens, and labor constraints proved challenging for cardiology practices and hampered their ability to provide exceptional care.
CVL was formed to enable physicians to provide the highest possible level of cardiovascular care while they enjoy the rewards of running a growing, operationally sound, financially strong practice. In January 2024, Cardiovascular Institute of the South, our founding practice, joined forces with Lee Equity Partners to form CVL. Over the following 12 months we added three more premier practices, quickly scaling this industry-leading platform.

CIS is a highly respected group of cardiovascular specialists, with 21 locations across the Southeast US. Established in 1983, CIS operates office-based catheterization labs, an ASC, and a 24/7 virtual care center.
First Coast Cardiovascular Institute (FCCI)
CVL member since April 2023
FFCI has enjoyed a stellar reputation for providing compassionate care to patients across Northeast Florida and Southern Georgia since its founding in 2002. The practice offers a wide range of board-certified cardiovascular services across 10 locations.
Capital Cardiology Associates (CCA)
CVL member since July 2023
CCA is the premier cardiology practice in Upstate New York’s Capital Region, committed to delivering exceptional, compassionate, wide-ranging cardiovascular services. Named a 2023 Best Medical Specialist, CCA was established in 1990 and operates seven locations.

CCC is one of the Tampa Bay area’s largest cardiovascular groups, staffed with some of the most well-respected independent practitioners in the region. Founded in 1975, the practice offers comprehensive cardiovascular services through three locations.
