• 1st in the country to use the new Aperta NSE™ PTA Balloon to treat vascular disease in the legs. Dr. Matthew Finn performed the procedure in May 2024 at a CIS Ambulatory Surgery Center using this cutting-edge device.
• 1st in Acadiana and 2nd in Louisiana to use the Paradise ® Ultrasound Renal Denervation (RDN) System for the treatment of high blood pressure. Dr. Kalyan Veerina used this new, first-of-its-kind treatment option in June 2024.
