Trey Larose, JD, DCL, MBA

As vice president of legal services at CVL, Trey Larose oversees all legal operations across the organization’s expanding national platform, including contract negotiations, policy development, risk management, and regulatory compliance. With a track record in healthcare administration and legislative affairs, he provides strategic guidance to support CVL’s physician-owned, physician-led model, ensuring that excellence in cardiovascular care remains the focal point of every initiative.
Trey most recently served as in-house legal counsel at Cardiovascular Institute of the South (CIS), the founding practice of CVL, where he established and led a robust legal department. Prior to that, he held a staff role in the Louisiana State Legislature, working closely with multiple departments and the judiciary. Throughout his career, Trey has used his expertise to help organizations navigate complex regulatory environments while protecting their mission to deliver patient-centered care.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting from Spring Hill College, a Master of Business Administration from Louisiana State University, and both a Juris Doctor and a Diploma in Comparative Law from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University. Trey’s background in legislative affairs, healthcare law, and operational strategy uniquely positions him to bolster CVL’s commitment to transforming cardiovascular care delivery.
