Pamela Pratt, MHA, FACMPE

Vice President of Practice Management

Pamela Pratt applies 30 years of healthcare experience as vice president of practice management at CVL, specializing in strategic planning and practice operations. In this role, Pam works closely with affiliate practices to strategize, collaborate, and create practice enhancement opportunities.

Pam previously served as executive vice president of practice management at Cardiovascular Institute of the South (CIS), where her role encompassed strategic responsibilities, overseeing millions of dollars in revenue, managing budgets, ensuring governance, supervising operations, handling HR matters, and overseeing the diagnostics department. Before her EVP role, Pam was a CIS regional leader and an administrator for several CIS practices.

Pam earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, Louisiana, and a Master of Healthcare Administration from Bellevue University in Bellevue, Nebraska. A fellow in the American College of Medical Practice Executives, she is a member of the Medical Group Management Association and served as president of two of its Louisiana chapters.

Pam is the recipient of numerous awards, including three CIS Leadership Awards, a Team Leader Spirit Award, and the Mary Domangue Award, the highest honor bestowed by CIS. This award is presented to the CIS leader who most exemplifies the highest standards of patient care, compassion, and dedication established by Mary Domangue, CIS’s first employee.
