Nancy Probst

As CVL’s vice president of managed care, Nancy Probst leads the platform’s payer strategy, overseeing contracting, analytics, and performance across CVL’s growing network of cardiovascular practices. She partners closely with physician leadership and finance teams to align managed care strategy with CVL’s physician-led model and mission to provide patients with the highest quality cardiovascular care available.

Nancy brings more than 20 years of experience in managed care finance, contract negotiations, and analytics across large integrated health systems and private equity-backed management services organizations. Before joining CVL, she served as director of managed care analytics at Solaris Health, where she led national payer negotiations, monitored contract performance, and established enterprise reporting standards. She previously held leadership roles at Revecore/BLS and spent more than a decade at BJC HealthCare, supporting commercial and government payer negotiations representing billions in revenue and developing value-based and alternative payment models.

A certified public accountant, Nancy is recognized for building scalable, data-informed managed care strategies and fostering strong relationships with payers and internal stakeholders. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Southeast Missouri State University and brings deep expertise in financial modeling, contract performance analysis, and value-based care initiatives that support long-term platform growth and physician success.
