Jude Hebert, RN, BSN, MBA/HCA

Vice President of Clinical Programs

Jude Hebert serves as the Vice President of Clinical Programs for Cardiovascular Logistics (CVL). With strong leadership skills and years of clinical experience, his main focus is to promote clinical nursing excellence throughout the CVL platform and its affiliates. Hebert previously served as the Executive Vice President of Nursing Services for Cardiovascular Institute of the South (CIS).

Hebert began working at CIS in 2000 as a registered nurse-physician extender in the Thibodaux practice. In 2005, he was appointed to RN team leader, where he oversaw the clinical duties of all nursing personnel and medical staff in the clinic and hospital setting. He also worked alongside the physicians to promote a team approach to patient care and enhance the clinical experience. In January 2015, he was named clinical services manager for all CIS locations before beginning his role with CVL in 2023.

Hebert has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, Louisiana. He earned his Master of Business Administration, with a concentration in Healthcare Administration, from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.

Hebert is part of the medical practice committees and is involved in many clinical forums to enhance quality patient care. He works closely with management to streamline clinical efficiency, promote nursing education, and facilitate a positive patient experience. He serves on the advisory board for the Louisiana State Board of Practical Nurses and the nursing advisory board for Fletcher Technical Community College.

In 2014, Hebert was awarded the CIS Mary Domangue Award, which is presented to the CIS team leader that most exemplifies the high standards of patient care, compassion, and dedication, showing that she carries on the mission, vision, and values held true by the staff and physicians of CVL. He has also received other accolades during his time at CIS including the All-Star Award, Leadership Award, and Ace Award.
