Claire Fair

As CVL’s chief people officer, Claire Fair is responsible for building and evolving the organization’s HR function to ensure our industry-leading platform is highly scalable. She’s an accomplished senior human resources executive who has dedicated her career to driving change and transformation, improving performance, and supporting the goals of high-growth organizations in the healthcare and service industries. Claire brings advanced knowledge of employee relations, acquisition integration, compliance, employment law, and organizational development to her current role.

Claire previously spent 21 years as the senior vice president and chief people officer for Pediatrix Medical Group, where she contributed to the company’s growth from 1,400 to 15,000 employees. During her tenure, she led the cultural integration of acquired physician practices and new specialties, championed diversity initiatives, and hired the organization’s first DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) leader. She also established strong review processes to mitigate employment discrimination claims and successfully represented the company in employment litigation.

Claire earned a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Merchandising/Retail Management from Central Washington University in Ellensburg, Washington.
