Steve Collins, MBA

As chief development officer of CVL, Steven Collins is responsible for developing new business and ensuring that every partner practice is integrated effectively and grows organically. He brings more than 25 years of experience to his current role, along with a track record of completing more than 275 closed transactions with an aggregate enterprise value of more than $6.5B. Throughout his career, Steve has successfully collaborated with executive leadership to develop strategic growth plans and priorities that enable organizations to achieve their goals.

Prior to joining CVL, Steve served as chief development officer for Sevita, where he led all business development functions and was responsible for growing high-quality operations predominantly through acquisition. He previously led the growth program at Mednax, where he completed more than 200 acquisition transactions with an aggregate enterprise value of $4.5B. He also has held positions with KPMG, AutoNation, and Baxter.

Steve holds a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California and a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Astronomy from the University of Maryland in College Park, Maryland. He serves on the board of KVLR Capital Partners in New York.
