Kerry M. Domangue, Jr., MBA, CPA, CMPE, CGMA

Kerry M. Domangue Jr. is vice president of accounting and financial reporting at CVL, responsible for managing the accounting department staff and overseeing cash management, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, sales tax, operating and asset financing, budgeting, projections, and financial reporting. He also assists with financial statements, retirement plan audits, and tax preparation.

Kerry previously served as executive vice president of accounting and financial reporting at Cardiovascular Institute of the South (CIS), which is now a CVL partner practice. During his 27 years with CIS, he also served as director of accounting and earned both the CIS All-Star Award and the CIS Leadership Award for demonstrating a spirit of teamwork, creativity, innovation, and willingness to meet the challenges of the future.

With a Bachelor of Science in accounting and a Master of Business Administration from Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, Louisiana, Kerry is also a certified public accountant and a chartered global management accountant. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants and its South Central Chapter, and the Medical Group Management Association.
