Alia Chiles, MA

Alia Chiles serves as CVL’s vice president of practice integration, responsible for ensuring each new cardiovascular practice that joins our national platform has a successful experience integrating into our operations.

Alia’s 10+ years of healthcare experience includes serving as senior manager of business transformation and director of integrations at LifeStance Health. In these roles she oversaw multiple acquisitions and integrations, helping the company touch 42 states and become a national leader in behavioral health services. Alia brings strong expertise in creating efficient operational processes, fostering cross-collaboration across multiple functional areas, and ensuring the seamless integration of newly acquired practices. Her highly effective integration methodology centers on connecting physicians and support staff with the necessary resources for a smooth transition into a new platform.

A native of Virginia, Alia holds a Bachelor of Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia and a Master of Arts in Health and Human Services from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia.
